So my first weigh in was last night. I am down four pounds in a little over a week. I was so excited. It was nice to see progress. It is very encouraging and a good start to the next week. I have been going with Jackie, Bev, and Martha. They have a little tradition for Weight Watchers meeting nights. They eat light on points all day and weigh in then go to dinner and order whatever they want. I have happily entered into this tradition. It is actually a weird mental thing that goes on for me with this splurge dinner. Let me see if I can put it into words. You count points all week and watch what you eat hoping that at the next weigh in your down a bit from the previous weight. You then get to splurge and the one night of blowing my diet helps my brain to keep going on my diet. It makes me more determined to loose more. Not sure that makes any since to anyone's brain but mine! Oh well. My goal this week is to loose more and get a better and more consistent work out schedule.
